Porto Novo, on the island of Santo Antão, is one of the national ports that will host cruise ship stops during the month of October, at the opening of the cruise season 2026-2027.
According to the programme of ship ports of call published today by Enapor – Ports du Cabo Verde, Porto Novo will host on 27 October the cruise ship Hanseatic Spirit
During this first month of the cruise season, the Cabo Verde will host 15 ports of call. Mindelo arrives in the lead with six ports of call, followed by the port of Praia with five, while the port of Vale de Cavaleiros, in Fogo, will host two.
Porto Novo and Palmeira, on the island of Sal, will each host a stopover.
The cruise terminal of Mindelo welcomed, Sunday 4, the ship Oceania Nautica, for a technical stopover marking the official launch of the cruise season.
